FagronLab™ Cabinet CC2A2-1100UV
Class II containment cabinet, 1100 mm
The wide-format Class II cabinet, with the same HEPA-filtered downflow and UV disinfection as the 700 mm model but a larger working area for multi-device workflows.

How it is used
- Containment for larger batches or several instruments inside one cabinet.
- Hazardous drug compounding requiring extended bench space.
Advantages
- Two HEPA filters, 99.999% efficient at 0.3 μm, with a filter-life indicator.
- Motorized front window in anti-UV two-layer laminated toughened glass, controlled by panel, remote control or foot switch.
- Large LCD showing filter pressures, inflow and downflow velocities, filter and UV lamp hours, temperature, humidity and system run time.
- Visual and audible alarms for abnormal airflow velocity, filter replacement and unsafe front-window height.
- 304 stainless steel work zone; main body in cold-rolled steel with anti-bacterial powder coating.
- 30 W UV lamp at 253.7 nm with timer and life indicator, plus a reservation timer for unattended decontamination.
- Foot-master casters and supplied base stand for stable positioning and easy relocation.

Maintenance intervals
| Task | Interval |
|---|---|
| Disinfect and clean the operating area | Daily or weekly |
| Clean external surfaces and front window | Daily or weekly |
| Check equipment functions | Daily or weekly |

Operating notes
Load materials into the cabinet in advance, set the front window to 200 mm above the work surface and run the blower for at least half an hour before starting. The blower only operates when the front window is open.
After finishing, lower the front window fully and run UV sterilization for 30 minutes before switching the cabinet off. People should leave the room during UV sterilization to protect eyes and skin.
Check that mains voltage is stable and properly grounded before use; where voltage fluctuates, fit a voltage regulator to protect the control panel and transformer.
