FagronLab™ PRO-DMS
Heated magnetic stirrer
A digital magnetic stirrer with controlled heating, used to dissolve APIs into a solvent. Mixing time and speed are set according to the solubility of the API, and a thermometer stick is immersed in the formulation when heat is applied.
How it is used
- Core device of the Solution workflow: the beaker with substances, solvent and magnetic stir bar is placed on the PRO-DMS and stirred until dissolved.
- Temperature control for APIs that require heat to go into solution.
