Vanishing cream base for enhanced transdermal penetration
PENCream™ is an elegant oil-in-water vanishing cream compounding base formulated for enhanced transdermal penetration. This refined alternative to PLO, with added emollients, provides a better rub-in and longer-lasting moisturization without irritation. PENCream is highly compatible with a diverse range of hydrophilic and lipophilic active ingredients, has a high API load capacity and is ideal for hybrid formulations.
